Matt runs FKD’s first conversations and the on-site audit. He’s spent years around construction owners and the way they really run jobs: quoting, chasing, the lot. He’s the one who walks your site, finds where the time and money are leaking, and tells you straight whether we can help.

Jayden Chiha (Technology)

Builds what we promise

Jayden is the hands on the tools. He takes the fixes from the audit and makes them real: sets the tools up, wires them into what you already run, trains your office to use them, and picks up the phone when something needs sorting. No login handed over with a “good luck”.

Daniel Natoli (Director)

Leads strategy & direction

Daniel built and runs the AI take-off tool inside his own Sydney firm, AKA Acoustics, measuring up off real drawings on real jobs, not a demo. That track record is why FKD can say it’s actually done this before. He sets the direction and brings the proof.

Why we built FKD

Every trade business we know is good at the work. What buries them is everything around it: the quotes that go out slow, the calls you miss up a ladder, the software you pay for and use a quarter of. The “AI consultants” who turned up first either handed over a chatbot and walked off, or pitched a fifty-grand project nobody asked for.

FKD is the opposite of that. We turn up in person, find the handful of things costing you the most, build them on top of what you’ve already got, train your office, and stay on the hook for the result. You stay on the tools. We do the rest.
