FKD Group is a registered business name of Tuyo Capital Pty Ltd (ABN 18 697 376 766) (“FKD”, “we”, “us”, “our”), which provides human-led AI advisory and implementation services to construction businesses in Sydney. We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This policy explains what we collect through this website and how we use it.
What we collect
When you fill in the callback form on this site, we collect the details you give us:
- Your name
- Your business name
- Your suburb (optional)
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- A short note about where you’re losing time (optional)
Our website host also records standard technical information for security and reliability, things like your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit.
If you book a call with us, you do that through our booking provider rather than on this site. See Cookies and analytics and Where your information goes overseas below.
Cookies and analytics
The only cookies this site sets are Google Analytics cookies, described below. We do not run advertising or retargeting trackers, we do not use cookies for marketing, and we do not sell your information to anyone.
We use two measurement tools, both to understand and improve the site:
Google Analytics 4. This tells us how people find and use the site: which pages get read, which links get clicked, and where our visitors came from. It sets two cookies in your browser (one named _ga, and a second beginning _ga_) and sends usage information to Google, including your device and browser type, the pages you visit, how you arrived at the site, and your IP address, which is used to work out your approximate location. Google processes that information for us in the United States. We use it to improve the site, not to build a profile of you.
Cloudflare Web Analytics. Our website platform also counts page views and measures how quickly pages load, so we can keep the site fast and reliable. It sets no cookies and does not follow you across other websites.
You can opt out of Google Analytics at any time:
- Install Google’s opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, which turns Google Analytics off for every site you visit; or
- Block or clear cookies in your browser settings.
The site works normally either way. Opting out will not stop you using the contact form, calling us or booking a call.
Why we collect it
We use the details you submit for one purpose: to call you back and have a short conversation about whether we can help. If you become a client, we’ll use your contact details to deliver the work we’ve agreed and to stay in touch about it. We don’t add you to a marketing list and we don’t sell your information to anyone, ever.
How we store and protect it
When you send the form, your enquiry is emailed to the founders, saved into our customer relationship management (CRM) system so we can follow it up, and kept as a backup record on our website platform so an enquiry is never lost. We keep it only as long as we need it to respond to you or to provide services you’ve asked for, and we take reasonable steps to protect it from loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with the service providers that help us run the business. They act on our instructions and only handle what they need to. We do not share your details for anyone else’s marketing, and we do not sell them. Those providers are listed below, because most of them are located overseas.
Where your information goes overseas
We run this website on services provided by overseas suppliers, so some of your information is stored or processed outside Australia:
- Cloudflare - website hosting, security and content delivery, the page-view measurement described above, and the backup copy of enquiries. Cloudflare operates a global network, so this information may be handled in a number of countries.
- Web3Forms - delivers your completed enquiry to our inbox. Located overseas.
- Attio - our CRM, which holds your enquiry so we can follow it up. Located overseas.
- Google Analytics - website usage measurement, as described above. Processed in the United States.
- Cal.eu, operated by Cal.com - our online booking tool, hosted in Europe. This only applies if you choose to book a call.
Where we disclose personal information to a recipient outside Australia, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles. We have named each country we have been able to confirm, and we will name the rest here as we confirm them with the supplier.
Automated decisions
This website doesn’t make automated decisions about you. A real person reads your enquiry and calls you back. Our services involve setting up AI tools inside a client’s own business; where that happens, it’s covered by a separate services agreement with that client, not by this website policy.
Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@fkdgroup.com.au and we’ll sort it out. If you’re not happy with how we’ve handled your information, you can raise it with us first, and you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top tells you when it last changed. If we make a significant change, we’ll make that clear.
